The 8 week plan is a commitment to walk 8 times in your first 8 weeks with us, which studies have shown is the length of time necessary to make a lifestyle change that sticks.

This discount is on top of the walking group’s existing 10% discount offer with the Trentham Gardens branches of Rohan and Trespass for walkers who complete 4 walks.
